• Dr. Felix Althoff joins as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), driving research and innovative product enhancements including spectral CT and biopsy applications.
• Dr. Daniel Kolditz continues as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing physics, purchasing, production, and service.

• Oliver Dietrich assumes the role of Chief Market Officer (CMO), leveraging his extensive experience in national and international medical technology sales.

• Benjamin Kalender, now in an advisory capacity, chairs the board.
